Rising Over Anxiety

The canvas is divided into two plains – anxiety with many dark thoughts and feelings on the bottom and tranquility, calm and control on the top. It creates completely different worlds each with its own atmosphere and ecosphere. Anxiety is something that is very hard but possible to take control of. This is my personal reflection of dealing with anxiety and attempts to overcome it. There is hope for new beginnings and a bright future.
