During summers in Geneva, there are free concerts that happen outside at the sunrise. This painting is capturing a moment of a woman greeting the sun in the 16-degree water of the Leman lake with the soundtrack of one of these concerts. It’s a beautiful and tranquil beginning of the day filled with music.
